Linuxant mirror IPv6 change

Blackhawk
Hello,

Following migration to a new server, mirrors hosted by Linuxant.fr will
change of IPv6 only, hostname will stay the same (mirrors.linuxant.fr).

Please take into account the new IPv6 2001:41d0:2:cf32:57:62:be:14 for
the following to update your IPv6 ACL:
 * distfiles mirror hosted on
http://mirrors.linuxant.fr/distfiles.gentoo.org and
ftp://mirrors.linuxant.fr/distfiles.gentoo.org
 * portage mirror rsync://mirrors.linuxant.fr/gentoo-portage aka
rsync1.fr.gentoo.org

The IPv4 stays unchanged (87.98.190.20).

I created bug https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=408081 on b.g.o to
track this.

Best regards.

gentoo.c3sl.ufpr.br has IPv6

In http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors2.xml C3SL is not marked as
having IPv6. Please do it; we've had it for quite some time. dns is
fully configured, both direct and reverse.
